Water Polo

West Mesa pool - Water polo technical & tactical skills (individual & team) will be offered to athletes at various times depending on level, age & ability. 

    Elite/High School = Mon, Wed & Thurs from 5:00 to 6:00 PM;   

    Novice/Age Group = Tues & Fri from 5:00 to 6:00 PM. 

    Masters = Thursday PM from 6:00 to 7:00 PM

    Conditioning (ie. swimming) will be offered Monday thru Friday from 4:00 to 5:00 PM for 11 - 19 year olds.
